I have played millions of hands of blackjack. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
